MovieFlix acts solely as an indexing and search tool. We do not host, store, upload, or manage any copyrighted material, media, or video files on our servers. All videos and streams found on this site are hosted by unaffiliated third-party servers.

2. Takedown Requests

Since MovieFlix does not host any content, we cannot remove content from third-party servers. If you are a copyright owner and wish to have your content removed from the internet, you must contact the third-party video host directly (e.g., VidSrc, SuperEmbed, etc.). Once the content is removed from the third-party server, it will automatically disappear from MovieFlix as our scrapers will no longer be able to find it.

3. Removing Links from MovieFlix

If you wish for a specific link or indexed page to be removed from MovieFlix's search results, please contact us with a formal DMCA takedown notice containing the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The exact URL on MovieFlix where the link is located.
• Your contact information (name, address, email).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
